Why am I not receiving work for the only "available" project I have selected - Clean Energy Project - Phase 2?
Making matters worse, I just received an email from WCG that reminded me that "you are about 10 days away from earning your Gold badge for The Clean Energy Project - Phase 2!" How can I get those 10 days if WCG won't send me work? It is as if WCG is reminding me of the support level I will never attain. This is not the first project I have supported where this has happened. I feels demeaning, and makes me wonder why I support WCG at all. Why would you encourage me in an email, and withhold the very work I was encouraged to support? Can someone explain? |

What is your CEP2 WUs per host set to in your device profile? Needs to be more than 1
----------------------------------------Also increase your cache so that it will download more than 1 CEP2 WU. Patrick ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by pcwr at Jun 6, 2013 9:22:32 PM] |

Since your 'why' is not accompanied with any information that could/would allow us to formulate a 'because', let's start with filling in the blanks: Plz post a copy of the message/event log from start to where your client is asking for CEP2 work, and being denied.
Of course we assume you have verified that the device then and now meets the minimum requirements, as well as that CEP2 is selected in the profile that's associated with the host. Given production numbers are normal and only you have a current reported issue, it will be not to difficult to get to the bottom. |

Patrick If default 1 is selected, at least 1 would be send, provided min.req are met or have not changed to drop below min.req or is on enough time to compute the task before deadline. He's getting none. Too many questions, so lets see what the message log pops up. |

I have a similar problem but I have "If there is no work available for my computer for the projects I have selected above, please send me work from another project." checked and I've not received new work units in several weeks.

As stated above, in order for us to help you need to post the Message log from the beginning to where it asks for work

@rbm73. You returned a result in the last 10 hours, so has your problem gone away?

(S)he has gotten credits (almost) every day in past 40 days, so I am guessing the problem is with CEP2 only

Yes, but (s)he might has checked also "If there is no work available for my computer for the projects I have selected above, please send me work from another project." so (s)he is receiving WU's from other sub-projects
