CEP Upload problem?

I have three different CEP work units which repeatedly seems to upload to 100%, then fail with the retry message and the upload starts over. Is anyone else having an issue?

Yes, I just rebooted the PC and it then completed correctly.

Re: CEP Upload problem?

Thanks, I tried the same. The uploads cycled a few more times and then were successful. I am guessing from the low upload speed that there was a bandwidth issue on their side or mine.

Re: CEP Upload problem?

I think it was a bandwidth problem with the server side. I had the same problem (at 100% but not uploading), I rebooted my laptop and again it recycled a few more times and finally finished uploading (exactly your same symptoms).

5/3/2013 2:33:14 PM World Community Grid Started upload of E213087_581_A.32.C29H21NSSi.312.2.set1d06_1_4
5/3/2013 2:38:58 PM World Community Grid [error] Error reported by file upload server: EOF on socket read : asked for 16382, got 408
5/3/2013 2:38:58 PM World Community Grid Temporarily failed upload of E213087_581_A.32.C29H21NSSi.312.2.set1d06_1_4: transient upload error
5/3/2013 2:38:58 PM World Community Grid Backing off 27 min 17 sec on upload of E213087_581_A.32.C29H21NSSi.312.2.set1d06_1_4

Techs would have say where the fat bit was stuck biggrin .

Re: CEP Upload problem?

It would be nice if someone from Harvard could work on this today. It is one thing to upload a 38 MB file. It is another to have do it multiple times. After all, there are bandwidth concerns on the client side as well. :)
