Hi, I'm thinking about upgrading my boinc-client and manager because of some minor bugs and issues with interface and installation packages, and I also like to have latest versions of software where I can.
----------------------------------------So, to the point. For now I run Boinc 6.12.43 from official open-suse repositories, but the latest version available from Berkeley is 7.0.28. I'm considering building a package for open-suse using this latest version, but I'm not sure if this version is compatible with WCG. Can someone please advise me on this?
Sorry if my English is not perfect, I'm non-native speaker. My life amounts to no more than one drop in a limitless ocean. Yet what is any ocean, but a multitude of drops?

I agree with Scribe that 7.0.28 is fine and is compatible with WCG. However, please remember that WCG does not support BOINC client 7.0.28 but 6.10.58 for Linux.
