Re: Help Fight Childhood Cancer project update, November 2012

There are 110 days left, but only if they stop at 11 targets, right? Does anyone know if there's a chance they will add more?

Re: Help Fight Childhood Cancer project update, November 2012

Hi and welcome to the WCG forums.

Following the PI scientist post at top of this thread, he'd be the only "anyone" who'd be able to predict if more could be coming. Most of the times we've not heard of a new target until 4-5 weeks before the current crunched target is finishing, so if you're in for contributing to reach an objective, do it now as there may not be another target that gets added.

Although a bit late in seeing this thread (due to being away on holiday when it was originally posted), I'd also like to thank Akira for the update.

May you continue to receive useful results from the WU's we're crunching for youbiggrin

Re: Help Fight Childhood Cancer project update, November 2012

Dear Akira Nakagawara,

thank you for your work and i hope you will find a new treatment as soon as possible. It is an emergency for so many children...

Do you need something else to help this project ?

My son has a neuroblastome stage 4 since january 2009.

I'm fighting with two means :
- my computer for your project
- http://www.enfants-cancers-sante.fr/ (i find money for neuroblastoma research and clinicals tryings)

You can join me if you need something to help your project.

Re: Help Fight Childhood Cancer project update, November 2012

Hello [VENETO] boboviz,
The Autodock VINA manual at http://vina.scripps.edu/manual.html#faq does not say anything about possible conversion to GPU code. If you have heard differently, please tell us.
