What is exit code -1073741515 (0xc0000135) [RESOLVED]

Win 7.
I have droped back to my slower NVIDIA due to this problem. If I go back and put my HD 6670 back in will it now solve the problem?

Have done what you said and now have -

Hmm HD 6670 with 1555 Gflops. According to AMD it has 768 GFLOPS.

Is it working?
