Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Am on a 5 way science profile and have the occasional CFSW still trickle in and sit at end of the 1.5 day buffer. So far 3 have been server aborted such as this one yesterday

6.12 cfsw cfsw_18536_18536870_3 00:00:00 (00:00:00) 23-9-2012 18:35:10 23-9-2012 18:45:51 0,00 Aborted (202)

because late returns took that 1.5 day grace period my devices grant them to still report without hitting the "too late". Lucky them ;>)

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Had to give up some WU because of the oversupply problem with the HCC beta but picked up 44 re-sends today (so far)

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

I made Sapphire. Returned a bunch of extra WUs for the rest of the badge hunters.

Good Luck!

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

@Jeff17... thanks... Yes, I'm still getting a few here and there... I'll just assume that somebody in the know will indicate when the project ends.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

cjslman, the project will officially end when the option to select CFSW is removed from the project selection page (or, as has happened to a few projects which have gone into an 'Intermittent' stage, moved into the 'Intermittent' class). I can't just remember what happens if you've ONLY got CFSW selected (I think, it reverts back to selecting ALL projects - but don't quote me on that).

Of course, there are several other things which will also indicate that the project is complete - i.e. the CFSW forum section being moved, the badge line-up on your Project's page being rearranged etc.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

gb... thanks for the info. The only way to get CFSW WUs right now is to ONLY have CFSW selected since it's in low/intermediate mode. Will just have to keep trying to get the few CFSW WUs that are running around in the wild.

Cache is down to 130. The end is drawing near although the repairs are still trickling in.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

At the current rate I'll run out with 1Y 200 days... sapphire seems a bit too far to stretch. Hope there will be enough repairs or repairs of repairs. ;(

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Is this the sub-project that may be doing one more batch later on? Or am I getting it confused with a different sub-project?
