Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

A question for the group. Does anyone know if the last WU will be the end of 16999xxxxxxxxx? Or do they continue on from 17001 to 17999? This would really help to know in plotting out my run for emerald.

The last workunit will be a little over 19000.

That's GREAT !!! Now it looks like I have a fighting chance to make it to gold... but will continue to crunch like the end of the world were close at hand biggrin .

CJSL, the news that it will go to 19000 is great for me too. Now, like some others, I don't have to go to super large cache to get to emerald. Also, I stand with gb in that from the start they should have explained the sequencing numbers. It would have been a great help to those of us who like to plot things out. I guess the Clean Energy guys are the gold standard for feedback.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

How will this affect the projection for days of work remaining? I see Seekerob's chart says 28 days right now; I only have about 12 days to Emerald, though I might be able to squeeze a Sapphire out of 30-40 days if I really pulled out all the stops. Had I known the duration of the project was going to drop like it did, I would have made it exclusive priority earlier!

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Great news, with 10 extra-days I will be able to crunch just enough WUs to get my ruby badge! 25 more days will do just fine for me!

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Another progress update: recieved 13516, among a fair deal of repair jobs. This might be quorum 1, but 20% of my jobs are repair jobs ?!

See http://bit.ly/WCGCSW

Has it become an apparent public secret ;?... Asking for 1 or 2 daily "last task with receipt timestamp", not seen one for at least the past 40 hours. No batch numbers, no dashboard update ;>) (I bailed out > 2 days ago, returning some 60 "Ready to start", since the PVer/PVal totals to an overrun of target by 0.6 days).
