Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

What is the current estimate of days remaining on this project?

Here is a webpage with that info for each WCG project:

It hasn't been updated since the 19th but it is close enough for our purposes.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

A question for the group. Does anyone know if the last WU will be the end of 16999xxxxxxxxx? Or do they continue on from 17001 to 17999? This would really help to know in plotting out my run for emerald.

The last workunit will be a little over 19000.

Thanks,
armstrdj

Woo Hoo! Now I can cruise in to my goal without running up a large cache. Thank you.

Good for members who are in the chase, but the scientists crew posting specifically "xxxxx of 17000" returned on the official website, is less than accurate compared to "little over 19000". Does the left and right hand sit on the same body over at Chesapeake Bay, or have day been ingesting some of that "nutrients enriched water" ;?

For the charts, I'll update the percent and days left estimate tomorrow. Sorry, but the information is as good as data volunteered, which as always is the standard "scant".

Thanks armstrdj for popping by and providing that very useful number, and also thanks SekeRob for promising to update your charts (which I'm confident you'll do when you get a moment of time free).

My chances of reaching Ruby are now greately enhanced (okay, Emerald, my true goal may be wishful thinking, but who knows - projects have been extended before...).

Darn,
Theyre only an hour west-northwest of me- we're likely drinking from the same well shock

How about having the target number as just a little under 20000 ? I mean, look, lots of 2's these times: year 2012, 21st of the (Aug) month, a number of WCG projects in 2nd phase. CFSW2, should that come about, would have started where CFSW(1) would have left off -- 20000-CFSW(1) WUs... Would be a nice fit, right? So, break out the news on the 22nd of Aug 2012 ?

Looks like I'm going to get my gold badge.

Only 7 days short at the moment. Glad I stopped by. Put yoyo@home on hold
