Reporting problem [RESOLVED]
I have a problem on one machine.Uploading normal but cannot report.

I believe that is on the WCG side, not you (the error that is). I'm able to communicate with the WCG servers fine at the moment. You may have been hitting them when one of the processes was down while some regular task ran. I don't see a problem on your end, especially if you haven't changed anything. It may be working for you now though.

Edit: I was just able to report a WU fine. Also, isn't 7.0.25 a beta/test version of BOINC?

Single bounces [glitches/flukes/temp.contentions/skips] can occur and mostly [resolve] themselves autonomously. Plz don't expect a 100%, meaning 99.9999999999999999% faultless operation. Clients are designed to handle this. To test the momentary condition, I hit the update, and nothing sprung up:

Hello William Watermeyer,
BOINC server 700 code, which we moved over to in March, is very intricate and has lots of processes and scripts that run sequentially rather than simultaneously. Sometimes there are multiple instances of a process and one goes down without warning. Then the scheduler still assigns reporting members to the process that is not running. We are still fiddling with the server code to fix the many ways it can go bad. Anyway, the report is not very important. The important result is sent back to one server and the report is sent to another server. BOINC makes a special attempt to clear reports after 24 hours. I expect this problem will be cleared up. If not, complain Sunday and I will pop a note over to the staff to check this Monday morning.
