That is rare but possible. For a long time we restricted workunits to not be resent to the same user account. However, due to the deployment of World Community Grid on IBM's standard image for internal users under the 'IBM' user account, we have had to switch it over to only preventing the same computer from getting multiple copies of the same workunit.

For uplinger, the statistics on SN2S broken WU's may also have a part origin in users who're on v 7 of BOINC:
----------------------------------------With 7.0.20 it is still not possible to say windows to shutdown / restart the machine and boinc and the VM follow it. I always have to shut down the boinc-client manually and afterworks to shut-down / restart my windows.
