 Good Tuesday Morning Team Congratulations David Autumns and Lawrence Hardin!!  (Two of the early early team members (David being #1)). Yup, we were at the observation point across the valley from Mt. St. Helens, where the geologist Johnston was observing the mountain when it exploded...directly at him. They have built the observatory where he was observing and named it after him . Everyone have a great day today. I will pull down the slideshow in a day or two..takes up too much space on my website. |

I had meant to ask you what kind of a tree is that in Wine7 with the young fellow posing. Is it a cypress? I bought a Hollywood cypress some years ago and it is growing just fine in the same place where I planted it at the time. It is hard to imagine it getting to the size of the one in the picture.
----------------------------------------As for the picture of you in #45, I had missed you the first time around. Isn't that ypu in #46 walking up the road with the trees above you?
