Thread: Progress won't save, and just restarts the whole task and I don't think it's because it doesn't like me (Though it might have something to do with it....possibly) |

I am currently having a problem with my computer actually saving the progress it makes whilst running a task, and can't find anything that can help. I can leave a task running for hours and it can reach over 50% complete, but upon restarting the task after shut down, it resets the whole thing back down to 1.3%.
Just for reference, the project it is running is 'The Clean Energy Project - Phase 2 6.40'. And as it might help, the name of it is 'E205096_594_A.31.C25H15NOS3Si.385.0.set1d06_1' If anything else is needed just ask  Peace out |

CEP 2 checkpoints are hours apart.

First, Welcome to the forum Damien!!
----------------------------------------What Falconet said is true. CEP2 is tough to crunch and unfortunately checkpoints infrequently. You might want to look at the tips and settings from the Harvard project team.
