I noticed yesterday that I suddenly had no tasks in my queue to be processed. I've checked all my settings (e.g. allowing new tasks, and work units from other projects if non available for my preferred) and eveything is as it was, and should be good to go, however no work unts. Both Boinc and the PC have been stopped and restarted, but no change. I've noticed when I do an update operation of the project, the project status "communication deferred" is reset to 3:59 minutes -even when this expires, still no work units.... I am getting a message from server "No work sent" -even though I can process work from other projects. I can't remember this happening last christmas....

Correct, just checked... Muscular Distrophy project had produced many errors. Resetting, detattching and re-sintalling client software made no difference. Have 'reviewed' my project crunching preferences, and the last (3rd) re-install attempt got it. I have now seen work units download and then appears as new tasks. My Boinc client is crunching again, but I wonder if it would have done anyway, had I left it long enough after a run of errors. (what is it, 24 hours then it will right itself?). Thank you for your quick repsonse.

After the 0:00 GMT update it will allow you to download at least one unit per core. As soon as one of those returns successfully it will up your allowed quota. The more you return, the more it will send. So, yes, it will fix itself over time.
