I'm thinking it is going to be hard to beat anhhai I can guarentee you will beat me. I only have 4 cores crunching this project. I am devoting most of my cores to HCC, trying to reach 100 yrs before the project ends. I probably won't even reach sapphire in the next 3 months. ![]() |

Hope that you get it before the end... for sure DFSL launch will postpone the end date of HCC and it will provide you an additional time to try get it. Good luck ! Best regards !

Giba, I currently have about 80% of cores crunching HCC and at my current rate, I will need about another 100 days to reach 100 years. With the recent downgrade to the % done for HCC, the estimated days left is over 120, so I should be able to reach it just fine.
----------------------------------------I took a look at your teams stats, it only needs 20 more yrs to reach 100, should be easy for your team. It is always easier with 1000+ people crunching. ![]() |

@ anhai, even 20% of your cores will give many of us a hard time to compete with
---------------------------------------- If I were responsible for setting new badges, I would make them 4 - 8 - 16 - 32 - 64 - 128 years etc Just as well that I'm not, eh? ![]() EDIT: My first WU has completed and has been returned 6.19 Drug Search for Leishmaniasis DSFL_00000001_0000000_0415_1 05:21:24 (05:13:31) 100% EDIT EDIT: 4 results are now in 'Ready to report' status. All completed in approx 5.5 hours despite initially having estimated times higher than actuality. They are behaving just as beta 6.19s did on my Windows machines. Tasks suspend immediately upon request. Looking forward to see if my results concur with my wingmwn. ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. coolstream, but my 20% is not going all to this new project. Most of it goes to CEP2, since I have to always limit how much I crunch on that project. Only 4 cores are crunching this project for the next while. Well, unless I get too depress about not having a sapphire or another project gets release, then I can just switch over for 5 days and get myself a sapphire. Should still allow me to reach my goal for HCC, but I rather not do that, just to give me a safety net.

Well isn't this interesting. 3 of my first 7 PV are resends.

OK, I understand now.
----------------------------------------For me HCC and HFCC have always been my main projects after I lost both my Mother and cousin to variants of cancer. I admire your tenacity in avoiding the temptation of grabbing a quick badge at the expense of losing computer time. I am gambling on taking this project to blue and then getting back to aiming at my own (more modest than yours) personal target for HCC. ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |
