We are struggling to figure out why my team member (dsandvig) completed work is not being recorded on the team statistics.
My other team members do not seem to have this problem and results/stats are changing.

For team member (user: dsandvig):
"Tasks" are starting/completing quite often
- he manually performs an "udpate" when tasks are ready to report, but so do a lot of my team members since this doesn't always happen quickly.
"Messages" are showing work has been sent.
"Statistics" seem to show the results of daily work being completed.
"History" shows last update was 8/11/11, but he has completed many tasks since then.

I'm struggling with the concept validation of the work is taking this long since other team members work stats are increasing.

Any help would be appreciated on how this user can get the statistics going again other than a reinstall.
