It seems that experiment 36 is roaring to conclusion....

What's next? I think 36 will end sometime in around 4 or 5 days (providing DDDT2 doesn't start up again before then) Is their a 37 in the works?

Hi,

Suppose this thread "When will the FightAIDS @ Home project finish? " http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,31086 will be of your interest. FA@H is open-ended FAIK. If FAAH would run out of work, temporarily, that would be a shock to the WCG system and none of that has been indicated from upstairs.

Don't know to be honest if Dr. Perryman wants to afford loosing 65 Years of CPU time a day, but can imagine that when it's update time for AutoDock [my dart presently sticking at end of 2011], it would be timed around the start of a new experiment.

What's a batch number presently (?), so we have a reference to 22620 as indicated being the last of#36.

22511 right now, so indeed Experiment 36 will come to an end soon. Don't worry, there is no doubt an Experiment 37 is already in the queue. smile

Regards,
Martin

Hi jerseywindowfactory_dot_com,

Yes, Experiment 37 is already in the hopper (most of it, anyway). I've created a few thousand batches for Exp. 37, and I'll create the last thousand batches for it this week. Many work units from Exp. 37 have already been submitted to World Community Grid--I just need to update the Status page (which I'll do soon).

Thanks for paying attention!

Cheers,
Dr. Alex L. Perryman

Hi jerseywindowfactory_dot_com,

You are most welcome. Thank you for supporting our research!

I just updated the Status page with a description of Experiment 37. This is a BIG one (and Experiment 38 will be even larger)! See:

Best wishes,
Dr. Alex L. Perryman
