Nice going Ian-uk

I'm afraid I have a bit of not so good news, once I have reached 5 years on DSFL (currently ay 4 years 186 days), I am going to be raining in my crunching

I won't be stopping completely or leaving the Team, but I will be dropping back to just 2 systems running at any one time.. I have had my wife moaning at me over the Elecy costs for some time now, but our bill is now topping £100 per month and I can't afford to continue with bills like that.

When ever the grid decides to finally release new projects, I'll be going full steam ahead to get the 2 years on those projects, once that is achieved, it'll be back to 2 systems only.

On the plus side (a case of "Wait and See"), I should be starting Management Training in the short to medium future, if and when that happens (due to the large wage increase), I'll be looking at getting Panels on the roof and then restarting 100% again, but that won't be for some time yet (assuming I pass?).

• Whilst accepting that the forum is not representative of the bulk of WCG members, I've seen no indication that any forum user participated in the focus groups.
  
• The length of time it's taken (and still ongoing) to process the survey and focus group results indicates that WCG is seriously under resourced. IBM senior management should take note.
  
• We do plan on sharing the key findings with you all at some point in the future couldn't be more open ended!
  

I rather felt that those of us who contribute to the forums already have a means to influence what happens. It's ones who have less of a voice who should be taking part in the focus groups. So I deliberately did not volunteer.

Let's hope they got some useful feedback that helps to encourage NEW people to participate.
