should I "Run CPU Benchmark" ... or not?

HI all, new guy here -

I have a Phenom II x4 on my desktop; I usally let WCG have 100% of the processing when I'm using it because it seems very nice yielding to my interactive use.

I run the CPU full tilt when I'm using it but I have an "Power Options" energy profile that reduces the CPU frequency (and performance) to 75% when I'm not active; this saves about 25 watts and lets the CPU run cooler.

Question: Should I run the CPU benchmark every time I change the max processor speed? .

Thanks again, - Ed. T

Don't worry as WCG points guardian will notice the extended time and grosso modo correct for the slower processing when granting credit.
