I have been a member for several years. When I noticed that no work was being done I tried to Update and Reset. I received a message that communication was deferred. I then downloaded the software to do a repair. The problem was not fixed. I have not changed any software or hardware on my computer. I am using the McAfee security software that is included with my AT&T service provider software. I do have automatic updates from McAfee and Microsoft. How can I get a project update and get computing again?

By how much is that deferral? Have you flip / flopped the system date?
Best is you restart the client and then post all the messages from start to end. Do BOINC Manager > Advanced or Simple View > Messages tab or button, select all, copy all. ttyl --//-- |
