I sent a whole bunch of completed results at the same time, a few days ago, and they were all marked "inconclusive", but now every one of them has now changed into valid, after a second copy of the WU was sent out and completed.

Now, there seems to be a change in the Clean Water work. Every so often, I am receiving a WU, with a quorum of 2 instead of just 1 (even though no results have been returned for the WU).

Just an observation --

Occasionally, the distributor will decide to do an up-front Quorum 2. The suffix could be indicative of who is verifying whom, but have seen occasional instances where the _0 copy was sent after the _1, so can't say for sure this is a hard indicator.
