Is there any difference in run time from L3 to L4 work units?

Run times are variable throughout the target and seem to follow a pattern as we crunch jobs sequentially through the library of components tested for docking energy. During the previous target (N1) and present L3, my client logged run times for the duo varying from 4 to 21.5 hours. No reason to think it will be different for L4.

Heck, most of my jobs have been 4 to 9 hrs. Saw one hitting around 20 hrs, aborted it, thinking it was stuck in a loop. I see I goofed. Ouch.

Could be a lead test batch. Yesterday I pulled a normal deadline 02463324 and the targets should go all the way to 0285xxxx, meaning some 400,000 dockings split in 2 are outstanding... that is if the one result pulled to discover progress was not out of order. --//-- As you figured, I built that batch out of order just to make sure there were no problems with the new batch. After this single L4 batch gets sent out, we will revert back to sending L3 batches (batches 250-287 for L3 still need to be sent). Batches for L4 will also run up through batch #287. Seippel Getting close. Hope the L4's went well. |

Well, we're now within 10 batches off from the end of the L3's - as I've just downloaded HFCC_L3_02768767_L3_0000_1. That is, assuming that they're still going in a logical order...
----------------------------------------Crunch on, and we'll have this project 'put to bed' in no time at all |

Probably I made a mental math error or typod, but 2/3rd of 50% = 33.33%, i.e. at end of L3 we're at 83.33%
