Science Update on Project Status Please

There has been no research news (as far as the project related web page shows) on this project. I know it is intermittent and need a lot of manual work between batches. But frankly it would be nice to have an update from the scientists, after nine months into the project.
The project adresses very important diseases like Dengue, West Nile etc. and some feedeback would be warmly welcome mainly regarding the analysis of the false positives as a result of Phase 1. smile

I too, wouldn't mind a brief update from the scientists on this project - after all, over 367 years of volunteer contributions have gone into it already.

Yes, I know that the scientists are incredibly busy (particularly on this project - what with all the manual checking), although a word or two from them every few months would certainly be appreciated biggrin
