Optimised Versions

Is there any optimised versions for any of the WUs? I am doing clean water and cancer wus would like to do more so an optimised version would allow me to do it

WU's are not optimized! The applications are and when doing almost exclusively floating point it makes hardly no difference, so say the zero benchmark difference for Whetstone when running a 32 or 64 bit client. If you want to optimize for Clean Water, switch to Linux 64 bit (in dual boot). On that platform they go 60% faster... self optimized ;-)

HCC runs 100% faster on Linux, in half the time of the Windows version, as do all other sciences to a lesser extend under Linux.
