Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

We posted some pictures of our team celebration on our facebook page . Let me point out that there is in fact some hope that we are better scientists than photographers biggrin.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Boy...I wonder how many times she gets the lame "I thought I felt chemistry between us..." line.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Suvendra will be leaving the Harvard Research Computing team in January to join the MIT Lincoln Labs and go back to his roots and passion – cosmology. He has been an integral part of CEP2 by spearheading a lot of the server and storage array set ups. Beyond that he is a very nice guy and we’ll greatly miss him. But we are also very happy for him - Lincoln Labs is an excellent place to be! It was nice to have our dinner the other day as a little send-off. We just hope that he will not betray us with seti@home or einstein@home in the future…

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Glad to see there is great chemistry in the lab. As a Chemical engineering graduate from University of Texas have always love chemistry.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

We received a computing time award at NERSC (the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center) for higher level CEP2 calculations which are too demanding for the WCG and will hence be a valuable complementary resource.
