Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

We had an unexpected problem with our molecularspace.org website yesterday night. It was offline for a short while due to an issue with the SSL certificate configuration. Thanks to Laszlo for noticing and to Carolina and Kai for fixing it. We are back to normal now and ready for business.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

The new semester is noticeably upon us: Yesterday was move-in day and the freshmen started to occupy their dorms on Harvard Yard around the corner. There is the hustle and bustle of legions of students everywhere and one can see anticipation and optimism in young faces all around. It is great to be part of the academic community.

Some great news! The Clean Energy Project received the 2013 Data+ Editor’s Choice Award of Computerworld! A big THANKS goes to all our crunchers for making this possible!

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Marcus Hanwell from Kitware is visiting us today for a strategy meeting. It’s always exciting to plan the next steps in a big project like the CEP, in particular if one has great partners such as Kitware.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Hi everybody,
sorry about the recent radio silence - we were out in Indianapolis (IN) for the 246th National Meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS).
http://www.acs.org/content/acs/en/meetings/fall-2013.html
The Clean Energy Project was represented in two talks and one poster presentation. In addition, Johannes received the RSC Scholarship Award for Scientific Excellence from the ACS Division of Chemical Informatics. So all in all, this was a very successful meeting with many good discussions.
Glad to be back home in Boston now, though.
Best wishes
Your Harvard CEP team
