Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Just for kicks: When are we going to see the bronze CEP2 badge in the cleanenergy forum sidebar? Is the application too demanding or have you not yet discovered the "opt-in" function ;?

Maybe Harvard IT department does not permit unapproved third party applications such as BOINC or similar applications on employee desktops. Very common protocol with employers as employees can be fired or incur disciplinary action. IT departments tend to be very "fussy" about what is installed on employee/work computers.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

We had a great meeting with the Nano-C team today. It was very interesting to learn about current developments and ideas on acceptor molecules from the industry perspective. These guys actually hold the patent for the PCBM molecule!

cool Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Dear all,

The fact that this particular account is not that far ahead is historical. Many of us have our own individual WCG accounts, and therefore are accumulating points on our own. We have not "consolidated" them into the "cleanenergy" login.

Incidentally, today, Alan is giving a 5-minute pitch about the CEP to the Harvard Physical Sciences I freshmen to sign up more local computers! They are around 300 students, let's see how many end up signing up cool

Best,

The Clean Energy Project Team

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Present Teams, members, creation date going by name:
Harvard Chemistry 23 27-9-08
Harvard Humanist Community 1 8-2-09
Harvard University 60 17-11-04

Surely there's room for doubling those numbers :D
