1) Nelsoc I suggest one of the following:
- Lighten up a bit, and stop being your natural anal retentive self. - Leave Mothers basement and meet with other people - Meet someone of the opposite sex, who isn't a relation. 2) Aspens I came here everyday, there is usually very little activity of interest, which is no surprise with the totally annal admins stifling any and all conversation they can. Thus I rarely find a need or desire to post. 3) Sorry about image size... it was a 2 min google job, and i don't have a host with TW down, and no love on resize in img tags. 4) Nice one Graham... Perhaps we could start a petition to get all the white house PCs on the grid? |

You know - my feelings are bit hurt - you only post here when your website is down... kind've makes me feel used and second hand.....  I feel the same way---but at least we have a puppy--so there!!! |

Good Morning Wraithed I hope Phyzx does not start a trend of T/W members giving up crunching because of the apparant restraints of the WCG Forums If you carry any weight with him maybe you can contact him and ask him to reconsider his decision to leave the WCG I have too much respect for what you Guys have accomplished here at the WCG, to see a valuable T/W member walking away out of frusteration |

Come on folks! Nelsoc did not delete your thread. He did not lock it. He gently reminded you with some humor of the forum rule on one recruiting thread per team. There is no reason for the vitriolic responses his gentle reminder has received. Using it as an excuse for quitting the grid certainly shows a lack of maturity.

I have a new idea for a thread...

I would bet money that 5x more people have left the grid because of the admins inability to actually foster an active community... then any competitive spirit which was raged on a few weeks/months back. I mean really, the community here sucks. The average member has 1 post on the forum. If the forum was a better place to be, the community would grow stronger, team bonds would be thoroughly galvanised and the units would fly like no bodies business. Instead we have a plateaued community, that has very little impact on overall grid performance. WCG has a good client and the site for the most part works well... but they could have chosen some decent forum admins. I guess no one is perfect.
