Site blocked?

Hello all,

I'm one of the representatives of TechPowerUp's WCG team. We have something set up so that anyone who has more than 100k points (BOINC) qualifies for a badge that goes down by their signature. However, recently, all of the badges have disappeared. According to TPU's website administrator (W1zzard) it seems like www.techpowerup.com (208.43.3.154) is banned from fetching pages from www.worldcommunitygrid.org.

Why is this occurring, and how can we get it solved? confused

Thanks smile

Re: Site blocked?

There should be no limitation to who is trying to capture the pages. How are they trying to pull the stats and what page are they trying to get the data from? It could be that they were trying to pull the data during stat updates on the website.

Re: Site blocked?

Thank you CP :)

Uplinger, I don't think it could be an issue that it's just trying to pull it during updates, we've been having this issue consistently for days

EDIT: The problem has been fixed, sorry for the trouble :o
