A little patience does go a long way. At BOINCStats we can see that your statistics were properly exported for the 19th http://boincstats.com/stats/user_graph.php?pr=wcg&id=432989 which also shows that since last update and additional 1400 credit was accumulated

What we also see on the member comparison page is that your client has not returned a result for the past 14 hours, as of this writing.

Where mine says:

which is pretty much right since that page only shows the information as at the last statistics update.

Anyway 1,805,821.11 credit as listed at BOINCstats multiplied by 7 is 12640747.77 points which tallies with the information presently seen here:

I think you need to do a copy / paste and show us what's missing. Referring to the copy of the info I can see (in my previous post) and the below per noon, there's no reason to think some part of your My grid page is not incrementing:

Are you saying the detail "by-research contribution" is not increasing?

As per my previous post, plz copy/paste the by-project detail of your My Grid page as at noon so we can have a go at computing the differential.
