If the question of SIZE of a Productionalised based project is brought into the equation, then perhaps, going along that same arguement, FA@H, HPF2 & HCC should have a bigger weight... Question then, is where does it stop???

No, I personally think SNURK has got it right - if it's a project that has run in Production (be it big or small), then it should count as 1 project.

Beta is a different argument, and that was discussed right at the beginning of him introducing these excellent signatures (see the first few pages of this extremely long forum topic for details of those discussions).
