I have one cruncher that now freezes up only when BOINC is running. I was able to complete only a few of the WUs that it collected. 12 WUs have gone back out as resends. Now I have to figure out what is the matter.

I just auto aborted a bunch of tasks due to running out of time, there should be a number of them for you to regrab.

Got 21 left in PV jail of which oldest is of the 15th... 2 days into No Reply. Had about 115 days umbrella'd with this

Did 15 days runtime in all for this last shower. This brings me at a total of 110 days. I need 70 days for Ruby. That will be hard. To appear in my signature I need at least one year runtime and that is Emerald. Maybe this project will never make it.

Maybe this project will never make it. Oh, I'm sure you'll get to at least 1 year Hypernova - as all I'm sure you're missing, is a little advanced warning so as to set your many buckets out properly. Others with far less resources than your solar system (me included), have succeeded in reaching Emerald and beyond, so, just perhaps a little 'tweak here and there' is required  I do have one thought as to why you may still be suffering with a (semi) drought - is your Sun too hot, and thus it's evaporating all the moisture away from your systems...  |

To appear in my signature I need at least one year runtime and that is Emerald. Maybe this project will never make it. According to Sek's dashboard chart, this project is only 18 percent done. I only have six cores (quad and C2D) and recently made sapphire. I normally check on my machines each day so using the techniques mentioned before in this thread was practical but a bit of a pain. With your set of crunchers, that approach would have you at sapphires much much quicker than it took me, especially if you run all your macines on the same profile. |
