This looks like a coding error - especially the more than 100 arccosine errors. I don't mind if this is a fluke but if not . . .

Normally, there is nothing to be worried about that arccosine thingy (see here). But with 100+ of them...

For now, let's wait and see how your wingman the repair job did once its result has been returned.
