No Luck on houses,

Yes the price is usually the weak spot in buying something good...unfortunately. Here prices for houses and flats are also really high. In my city there's like 150k population and if you want a flat in the city centrum core then for instance a nice 90m^2 costs around 2.5 million SEK (starting price in the bidding), which is about $360 000. Plus the monthly fee is somewhere around 5000 SEK which is around $720
