Missing field in device profile

Hi,

1)
In the 6.10.56 Client, there is an option :

"While processor usage is less than ...."

I can not find this field in "Device Profile" of the website.
(Device Manager / Device Profile / Custom profile )

2)
If you set a profile to a device via the website and then
clear then preferences in the client of that device , then you can not change
anything anymore in the client.

Re: Missing field in device profile

Hi too,

2. 6.10.56 is maybe endorsed by Berkeley, but not by WCG. I'm on 6.10.58 test version but cannot replicate. Is "cannot change" as in you cannot save, or you can save, but when you reopen, the changes have disappeared? Are you set to English (point as decimal) or non-English local (comma as decimal) and is the client language setting English or French on top of French OS language/locale setting? (duh question I suppose)

1. When WCG will adopt 6.10 for windows, soon, there surely will be additional controls on the website device profiles to match those new options. Funny bit is that some controls that Berkeley implemented for the website profile were never ported to the client (mouse/keyboard idle, sleep e.g. **)... not really a consistent picture if one wants to control operation at local client level.

edit: ** Officially "Stop work after computer is idle for: 20 minutes". It's still not showing in 6.10.58.

Re: Missing field in device profile

Hi Sekerob,

first, thanks for your answer and explanations for 1) :)

2) You can change, can save but when you reopen, there is no changes.
client in english on swiss french OS (point as decimal).
As what i have seen, there is no
<suspend_cpu_usage>#value</suspend_cpu_usage>
in global_prefs.
If you modify the file by hand, everything works fine
