My friend has ovarian cancer. She has just been diagnosed after lots of delays, and wishes she and her doctors had spotted some of the signs earlier.
----------------------------------------She is writing a blog of her experiences before and after diagnosis, to make other people more aware of this disease. my prayers are with her... It always sucks with all the delays
----------------------------------------when i had an enlarged thyroid it took them almost 3 months (with it making it harder to breath before they operated and then they found out it was cancer. i guess i was lucky that it was hard to breath otherwise they would have waited 6+ months before they decided to operate and it looks like for me they managed to catch it in stage one. good luck  |
