Known Issues [read only]
Unplanned outage May 21 [Resolved] Our first thought about what had happened was wrong. Shortly after we brought things up again, they failed again. We are currently investigating a different path to see if that is the core issue. As uplinger noted, at this time we have BOINC uploads and scheduler requests turned off. With this issue we are seeing we cannot handle our normal capacity. knreed |

From knreed same thread as above
We are currently seeing a massive number of connections opened to our servers and immediately go stale. We looking at the network to see what is causing these stale connections. In the meantime, we have been able to set the default Timeout for stale connections to 12 seconds (the normal timeout is 300 seconds). This is closing the stale connections fast enough that we have been able to allow file uploads and scheduler requests to resume running. However, we expect that people will see a lot of broken connections until we resolve the underlying issue. |

your last attempt was 20 minutes ago. Give it a try and see if you are able to upload.

I should say thought that until we get it resolved it will be hit or miss.
