Signing on my password - wrong member name comes up {RESOLVED}

Just recently whenever i sign on to WCG 'My Grid' etc comes back as wrong member. Who needs to know?? Not willing to give the other member's email or location over a public forum.

Did you take a screen capture? I don't know if that helps techs to find the problem, but if this happens again, I suggest you do that anyway.

Possibly corrected now. Prev I was repeatedly going to 'Sign On' until my correct sign on name came up.
Got my correct sign on name straight away to make this post.

Anybody, please let's go on with this other thread earlier post on 'wrong sign up name where the problem is better described.
