I am asking the admins to lock your previous thread when they are back.

Please never forget that we do not see what you see, we can only imagine it from what you write.
A few questions now:
1. Are these two different members using the same email address (no need to show the real address)?
2. Which browser are you using (name, version, operating system)?
3. Are all these transactions done from the same browser window?
4. Are they all done under the same browser tab or from different tabs?
5. Are all results you mentioned taken from the same place, i.e. the My Grid - My Statistics page. I mean, not from the user info line at the top of each WCG website page?

The techs wlll need to know your answers in order to determine if it is a problem with
- your two member names
- or with the logon mechanism
- or with how the results are displayed after logging on.
