Ok - now it is making progress. There are 1024 directories to process and it takes 20 seconds per directory so it will be 5-6 hours before they are all fixed.

I had my client download 16 HCMD2 tasks before I started running the script. I have been able to get 5 of them to download completely and start running some of them.

I now have 13 out of the 16 downloaded.

The script is finished. You should be able to go to the 'transfers' tab and click on try again. Let us know if it doesn't work.
