What's the work unit name? OS you're running. BOINC version. Any logs messages from the boinc agent.

Feel free to abort it. For some reason it appears your work unit didn't stop at the proper point or it lost where it checkpointed at. So it is safe to abort. I assume this is the first time you have seen this?
