Results Status - Filter constellation not working [RESOLVED]

Hi,

in general, the filter finction on the Restults Status page works fine. But I have one combination of filter setting, that just don't want to work. The server doesn't send an reply, after a looooong while it ends in an time out (Error Message: The application is unavailable at this time, please try again later.).

The constellation is as follows:

Device Name: All
Project Name: Help Conquer Cancer
Result Status: Valid

Can someone confirm this problem, or am I the only one, who has this problem?

It works for me. Try again and if you still have a problem, one of the CAs will respond.

This is strange, now it works... Same computer, same WAN line, same browser. And it just did not work for the mentioned combination of criterias, all others were working fine, and the results pages were displayed within seconds... confused

Well how ever, the problem ist resolved... smile

It could have been a temporary database unavailability or overload.
When you get the results you want how many pages does that mean?

Something arround 24 pages... It is a really strange thing, just now, in this second, it is again NOT working...

When I wan't to display my valid results for DDDT2 (which are 157 pages), the response comes within a split second... thinking

Indeed, 24 pages is still much reasonable.
Maybe this random problem is not with the size of the result but with that of the subset to search. As very few people say on rare occasions ( wink

) there have not been many DDDT2 WUs and probably much less are still in the database. With HCC it's a different story with daily numbers around 200,000 currently... confused
