Incorrect site menu behavior

Hi

I've experinced incorrect WCG site menu behavoir.

To reproduce:
1. log in to WCG.
2. enter My grid/Device Statistics History (history stat for any device).
3. press My Grid button (not some submenu item - My Grid menu button itself).
4. press Back browser's btn.

A My Grid submenu is visible and cannot be closed. The page just after the Back btn press is on image.

And user can open another menu item :)

Browsers:
1. Opera 10.51 - can be reproduced.
2. Chrome 4.0 - no.
3. IE 6.0 - no.

I would guess that the source of the problem is that Opera caches the starting page (with opened submenu) and when the user reopenes the page it is loaded from cache (with opened submenu). Maybe the solution is to close all opened submenus when the user presses main menu items (My Grid, for ex.).

Hi, guys!

Will there be a responce on the first post of the thread? :) Will that case be investigated or I just shouldn't bother waiting for the reply?

Re: Incorrect site menu behavior

That

My
Grid

Has been reported in past. Can't remember why but I saw this on one machine but not on the other, same browser, so maybe introducing a non-breaking space will solve that.

Your original error I could not replicate either on FFX 3.5.3 or IE8 on W7.

edit: The menu appears, but disappears briefly after the page loads.

Re: Incorrect site menu behavior

maybe, as solution, disable caching in Opera for this site ? This is Opera browser issue.

Re: Incorrect site menu behavior

Hi

The only browser that reproduced the starting error constantly is Opera 10.51.
