I understand that each day at 12:00 and at 00:00 hours the Accumulated Points and the statistics are updated.
----------------------------------------Since yesterday Noon, the Accumulated points and results per project has not moved by one point. And the results counter and points counter per project has not moved either. All scores seem to be stuck since yesterday. At Midnight 13th nothing happened and today noon either. I f I go to the Results Status table (I understand is real-time) I count for yesterday the 13th December 114 results returned as valid. Many are still Pending Validity. If I go to the Statistics history table I have only 72 results counted for the 13th. The statistics table for today 14th (we are in the afternoon) is not even in the Statistics history table. So nothing has been updated at noon. In my Results Status table I have for the 14th already 13 results valid returned before 12:00hrs. But nothing is counted in the My Statistics History and no points. I hope not to loose all these WU.   |

Please can you check the Forums for potential issues (i.e., the Known Issues forum) before you post a new thread, as there is indeed a known issue - basically, the stats didn't update.
