I didn't see any changes either..

I got news the other day that I passed my board exam! what a gigantic relief.. now all I have on the horizon is a concert in early February and hopefully the return of my hearing within 2 or 3 days afterwards.. :)

Congrats, Dr. Mike, on passing your exam.

As for your hearing, I have two words: ear plugs. I've been using them ever since a Led Zep concert at Kezar Stadium in '73 that took days to recover from. If you get good quality ones, it just quiets things a bit and you can still hear 99% of what's going on whilst avoiding the ringing in your ears afterward. (I don't go to many concerts these days ... the prices make me nauseous.)

Let me pass along my congratulations as well.

I also totally agree with using ear protection. It wasn't loud music that got me, but I live with Tinnitus. I was in an artillery unit and punished my ears that way.
