sekerob: I was trying to do exactly this, version used by World Community Grid FAAH seems to be some older version of autodock. So I will investigate this front futher on.

I understand your cautious look on the WCG upgrade, I will keep being optimistic. With help of more people we could help WCG in improving their project.

On the other hand I do look for somebody who has some ready Autodock 4.2.2 test files so that I can run longer tests on them. Test files included with Autodock seemed to be very simple and were completing in seconds on my machine, so I need some tests which take hours to make serious test. If somebody wants to take test themselves, here I am to give them the 64 bit native application.
