devilish System Tray Icon

Not using any third party software or changing the system tray icon to "always hide" in the Start Menu, is there any way to modify a file so that the World Community Grid icon does not appear in the system tray?

I just want it to run invisible to all users. devilish

Re: System Tray Icon

The best way is to install (or re-install) BOINC as a service and not allow normal users to use BOINC Manager, as shown in this post Installation in machines with multiple logins and passwords

Cheers. Jean.
