Where I am, having DST kick in last night, the OS set the displayed clock 1 hour forward at 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM, no specific log entry made by BOINC, just the enabled checkpoint logging skipping forward 1 hours. Sample:

But the forums... now on Warsaw time, 2 hours east of UTC during wintertime instead of Rome which is in the forum zone selector 1 hour east of UTC, physically.
