Re: Final Batches of IADS have been determined.

Uplinger and friends threw a wrench into my estimating machine when they got to 902 they jumped back to 400 tongue

Any news on how many more estimated days on new series 8 work units?

I was expecting to see some series 9 units today, but I'm quite happy to wait several more days. It just means I'll have more time to get Sapphire wink

Re: Final Batches of IADS have been determined.

Ahh, well, that just means that you've seen a work unit from the 902 batch, but then were required to help out with make up work for batch 400. This is good if you are batch hunting as you will then get some work after all the new work has been sent out. As long as you maintain your reliable computer status :) But the new flu10901 batches should start flowing soon.

Also, I am going to estimate that we will have about 18-21 days of new FLU1 work. We have rebalanced the project runtimes and this causes the estimates to be off for a few days. So please know this estimate will get better and change as we get closer to the end. As seen on CEP1, the estimate actually slows down as we get closer. Part of it being a dynamic grid :)

Boy....that means I will be very close to emerald depending on if my systems stay up 100%. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

That sounds great! If my systems perform as planned, I should be able to hit sapphire in about 12-14 days. biggrin

Well that ends it for me then, sapphire is out of reach for me. I guess I'll just crunch for emerald. crying

Going to be another close one! I caculate if I dump all my DDDT units today, focus on IADS, and not pick up any Beta, I will reach sapphire in 19 days. - Oh and no new projects come into play!
