Re: default storage allocation

Here you go. As far as I can tell, it is registered properly?

Re: default storage allocation

Thanks, julied.
The last device registered under your name returned its last result on Saturday night, then the update process seems to have caused things to go wrong. One last question. Were you looking at devices registered 'anytime' in Device Statistics?

Honestly, mycrofth, there is no doubt that my PC was hosed prior to the "Restore."

Yes, I was looking at "anytime." The other 2 were March 16.

FYI, the current Rosetta shows 1d, 18h, 18m. The current task is 3h, 52m as of 0905 EST. Perhaps this will help.

Muchas gracias, amigo.

No question of it. Somehow your computer is not registered under your member name. I have had second thoughts. Rather than handling it yourself, lets give the staff a chance to look at this and do what they say. I'll drop them a note right now.

Re: default storage allocation

Thank you.

Something else that I noticed.

The only change that I have made is to rename the Profiles 1,2,3 ... as you suggested. Then, for the 12th? time I attempted to consolidate all the Devices into one profile.

Somehow, this last time that I accessed the Device page, all of the versions of Rosetta that I installed, now have "Cable" as the "Connection Device," where before 1 was totally blank (sorry, I forget which one). ?????

My current task will finish in less than one hour. I will let you know if anything changes.

Btw, there is one strange anomaly that may be of interest to you.

The Device Statistics Page shows.

Statistics Last Updated: 05/10/2005 12:06:02 (UTC) [1 hour(s) ago]

puppies3 | 05/07/2005 | 23:32:000:001:12:18:37 | 1,033 | 2

Now Rosetta claims that I currently have 1193 points on THIS version.

Furthermore, the current task has been running for over 4 hours.

Ergo, there is at least one result missing?

Really, thanks mycroft.

Re: default storage allocation

I'm not sure from your posts whether the agent is working for you or not at this point.

If you bring up the agent window by double clicking on its icon in the system tray, the main page will show the member name at the top right under which that particular installation is installed under. If you filled out the member info a second time somewhere along the way, there may have been a slight typo making it different the second time.

If you are still having problem, please use the Contact Us link on the site and include the above member name as well as the device ID number which can be found on the Preferences window of the agent (Checkmark icon). This will help us figure out which machine you are talking about and helps us see if there looks like any problem at the server end with that device. Thanks.

The agent is completing tasks which are accumulating in Rosetta. These returns/points are not being posted to my statistics.

I just emailed you the info you asked for.

Thanks
