Re: Rice betas

My last two are finishing up right now (I managed to pick up 10 of the units which made me quite happy. With those 70 hours I should now have a total of - 4 days. Sigh, a long way to go still biggrin tongue ). Everything that has reported so far has validated fine & all except one (7.14) have come in between 7.0-7.04 hours.

(Hint: next beta test on the horizon is to test new targets in HFCC) shhh

Cool, one of the projects that has a special (sad sad ) place in my heart. Any rough idea when those will need to be crunched?

Very rough idea is next week sometime. Sorry if I can't be more specific but we've started testing them in alpha first. If we don't find anything (meaning little to no errors), then we'll release to beta.

Thanks,

Re: Rice betas

Not exactly a small test considering ~> 8,000 looking to be in it, if not more? 6.5 CPU years equivalent. Did not see in the test announcement what platforms are covered. All?

yes, all platforms were covered in this test. It was a test on the work units to make sure they run properly.
